Review: LOVE LETTERS is an incredibly smooth collection of contemporary jazz songs, each one very unique, and very enjoyable! 8 selections composed by saxophonist Oleg Kireyev, whose nickname is Mr. O. K.

The musicians are topnotch, and special mention to the great piano stylings of Andrey Vashkevich. Special mention also to the vocal by Vladimir Belov and the guitar work of Alexander Vinitsky.

Oleg Kireyev is in top form in these performances, and his saxophone work is flawless, and that applies equally well to his keyboard work. Each note is subtle, emotional, clear, and filled with intensity as only a master of his instrument is capable of creating! "Night Flights" and "Where are you" deserve much airplay time. These two songs are great jazz creations!

The six words that best define Oleg Kireyev and his new CD release, LOVE LETTERS, is: Entertaining jazz music at its finest! An interesting and refreshingly original song is "Love" which will be played often over the coming years as well as "Somewhere."

If you want something well-crafted, musically enjoyable, and refreshingly original, please get a copy of Oleg Kireyev's LOVE LETTERS. Mr. O.K., this CD is perfect!
